IRDAI vide public notice bearing no. IRDAI/NL/PNT/MISC/160/8/2023 dated August 22, 2023, wants to caution the general public that no registration has been granted to “Surety Seven” for undertaking any kind of solicitation or Insurance business pertaining to Surety Insurance.
“Surety Seven” is soliciting Insurance policies which include:
1. Big Bond
2. Advance Payment Bond
3. Performance Bond
4. Court Bond
5. Customs Bond
from businesses like Construction and Export/Import. Therefore, the general public is advised to not undertake any transaction related to surety business with “Surety Seven”.
