To serve as one stand point of reference and to enforce the IRDAI (Investment) Regulations, the IRDAI vide Circular Ref. IRDA/F&I/CIR/INV/226/10/2022 dated October 27, 2022 has issued revised version of Master Circular on investment (Master Circular) by consolidating all Circulars, Guidelines issued by the Authority from time to time.
The IRDAI has further advised the insurers to point out inconsistencies in the Master Circular through Life Insurance Council or General Insurance Council, which may be addressed in subsequent versions.
