IRDAI vide a Press Note issued on March 22, 2024, has notified grant of certificate of registration (R2) to commence health insurance business to one applicant, namely:
1. Galaxy Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited
With this new addition, the total number of health insurers operating in India has gone up to 7.
