The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance Base Premium and Liability) Rules, 2022 notified by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways ( MoRTH ) bearing reference number G.S.R. 394(E) dated May 25, 2022 have been uploaded by IRDAI on its website.
The Rules shall be applicable with effect from June 1, 2022.
