The Insurance Laws Amendment Bill titled ‘ The Sabka Bima Sabki Raksha (AMENDMENT OF INSURANCE LAWS) Bill, 2025 ‘ (” Bill “) bearing Bill No. 195 of 2025 has been introduced in the Lok Sabha dated December 16, 2025, by the Finance Minister and is proposed to be discussed today at 4pm in the Lok Sabha.
The Bill seeks to amend the Insurance Act, 1938, the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999.
