The International Financial Services Centres Authority (“IFSCA” / “Authority”) has released the Analysis of Public Comments received on the proposed IFSCA (Registration of Insurance Business) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, dated January 5, 2026.
The Authority had earlier issued a consultation paper dated November 19, 2025, inviting comments and suggestions from stakeholders on the proposed IFSCA (Registration of Insurance Business) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
The comments received from stakeholders, along with the proposed modifications, if any, were placed before the Authority at its meeting held on December 22, 2025.
