IRDAI vide Reference No. IRDA/GA&HR/GDL/MISC/184/09/2022 dated September 2, 2022 has issued a Circular on “Guidelines on Information and Cyber Security” (Circular). The said Guidelines which were earlier applicable to all the insurers have been made applicable with immediate effect to all the insurance intermediaries as well.
