IRDAI vide ref No: IRDAI/F&I/CIR/INV/233/12/2022 dated December 01, 2022 has issued a Circular on “Clarification with respect to NDS-OM- Investments-Master Circular”(Circular).
The Authority has drawn reference to provisions of para 4.11.3 of Investments-Master Circular with regard to secondary market trading in Government securities through Negotiated Dealing System – Order Matching (NDS-OM) and has clarified that “All trades which are reported on NDS-OM platform shall be treated as compliant with the requirements of Para 4.11.3 of the Master Circular.
