IRDAI has issued a press release on ‘Transfer of equity shares related to M/s Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and M/s Bajaj General Insurance Company dated July 17, 2025.
The details of press release are as below:
Applications for transfer of equity shares representing 26% of the total paid-up equity share capital held by ‘Allianz SE’ in M/s Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and M/s Bajaj General Insurance Company to ‘Bajaj Finserv Limited’, ‘Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited’ and ‘Jamnalal Sons Private Limited’. have been approved by the Panel of Whole Time Members in the meeting dated July 15, 2025.
