IRDAI has issued a circular vide Ref no. IRDAI/HLT/CIR/MISC/131/6/2022 dated June 29, 2022 on “ Repealing of Old circulars ” (Circular).
Key highlight of the Circular is as follows:
IRDAI has repealed following circulars in light of the regulatory framework already in force and basis comprehensive review of various circulars and guidelines governing health insurance business in place.
